EnRich Gymnastics & Dance Academy is a gymnastics and dance academy in Richmond, TX, founded in 2017 by the husband and wife team, Marcus and Jana Tyler. They created the academy with the purpose of helping children and young people develop not just their gymnastics and dance skills, but also to become more confident and resilient individuals.
The academy offers programs for all ages, from children as young as 18 months to advanced competitive athletes. The focus is on providing high-quality instruction in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. In addition to using modern equipment and proven techniques, the academy is also dedicated to developing values such as a strong work ethic, teamwork, and self-esteem.
EnRich sees itself as more than just a facility; it is a "family" that supports and serves the local community.

OUR HISTORY

Ellipse 1

My time at EnRich taught me countless lessons in work ethic, motivation, perseverance, and self-confidence that I continue to call upon today as a Biomedical Science major at Texas A&M, and I’ll soon be applying to medical school. I still love to dance and this year will be an officer for the Dance Arts Society at A&M. I am eternally grateful for the support I have received from my EnRich family!

To me Enrich means opportunity. A place that changed my life for the better. My family moved across the country for me to have the opportunity to train here. I was welcomed with open arms, and formed bonds that will last a lifetime. Surrounded by excellence daily, this place formed me into the man I am today.
I was not only taught how to be a better gymnast, but a better person overall. Here, I learned a champion mentality. Enrich taught me the importance of intentional work, discipline, and resilience. All of these skills I carry with me throughout life, and have helped lead me to success in and out of the gym.
From day one I was taught to dream big and follow my passions. Through this Enrich has helped me earn many athletic and academic accolades, even guiding me to now complete at the NCAA level. I’m grateful to have had this opportunity, and look forward to seeing future generations Enrich their lives as I did.

Enrich  has been more than just a place to work out for me. The place that led me to a college career has significantly shaped who I am today. From the very first day I walked through  the opening day doors, I knew it Enrich would play a pivotal role in my life.
Throughout my journey, Enrich has helped me overcome personal hardships, whether it be through personal struggles, setbacks, or unfinished building . Enrich became a place where I could forget the outside world for a couple hours and have fun.
I’ve emerged stronger, more focused, and better equipped to navigate whatever life throws my way. I now know how it feels to be EnRiched.

SUCCESS STORIES FROM ALUMNI

From the very first class, we knew we had found something truly special at EnRich - what a gem to have right in our community! My daughter’s dance experience has been outstanding and she has not only grown as a dancer, but has had the opportunity to form deep friendships and build confidence. Our family is thankful for the EnRich family!

We started the dance program with not so many expectations other than having an extra-curricular activity for my daughter Sabrina to be part of, when she was merely two and a half years old. Today when she is fourteen, we can say that dance has been a huge help in shaping her into a caring person and committed dancer.
The program not only teaches diverse dance techniques but also fosters community and essential soft skills like discipline, confidence, and adaptability through activities such as dancing, competing, assisting teachers, and mentoring younger dancers. These benefits extend beyond a dance career. Thanks to EnRich Dance Company, my daughter is now exploring opportunities she never would have considered before.
EnRich dance program is a great choice for kids who enjoy movement and want to learn skills in a welcoming setting.

Enrich Dance Family has been a transformative force in the lives of my twin daughters since they were just four years old. It has provided them with an empowering platform to express their voices through dance. Most importantly, it has nurtured my daughter with autism, allowing her to blossom in an environment filled with patience, love, and understanding. This incredible community has not only embraced their individuality but has also celebrated their journey, making dance a powerful outlet for their self-expression and growth.

We moved to Richmond about six years ago, and all four of my kids started in recreational classes at Enrich. Today, my youngest two are competitive gymnasts on the men’s and women’s teams.  The coaches and staff have supported and encouraged them every step of the way — not just as athletes, but as people. What began as a fun activity has turned into a meaningful part of our lives.  It’s more than gymnastics here — it’s family.
